Foods to help with weight and cellulitis

Overweight comes from too much eating. Cellulitis comes from fat stored between the muscle layer and the skin.
You don't need to be overweight to have cellulitis, you can be overweight and have cellulitis.

There are conditions, however, that can make it more difficult to deal with both those issues.
These are:
  • Damp climates (hot or cold - cold however makes digestion slower)
  • Wet climates
  • Eating too many wrong foods (dairy, meats, cakes)
  • Having a poor digestion (stomach is not efficient)
  • Having a poor circulation and low metabolic rate
The list of foods below serves two purposes - one - to help the body eliminate the excess fat in which ever form it might be - two - to help the body digest more easily and expel more easily.

I recommend that you eat more of these foods and reduce the amount of the usual foods you eat. Mix the two types freely.

These food help to expel and disperse the fat or turn it into energy:

Grains: Barley, buckwheat, rye, wheat bran
Vegetables: Artichoke, asparagus, bamboo shoot, caper, carrots, celery, Chinese cabbage, dandelion, endive, lettuce, onions, parsnips, pumpkin, radish, scallion, squash, turnip, watercress, yam (very good), garlic, olives. oyster mushrooms
Fruit: Blueberries, cranberries, grapefruit peel, lemon peel (add to teas)
Spices: Cardamom, chilli, cinnamon, cayenne, fenugreek seeds
Herbs: Basil, juniper, black pepper, white pepper, rosemary, sage, tamarind
Beans: Aduki, blackeyed, broad beans, chickpeas, kidney beans, lentils, mung
Fish: Anchovy, crab, eel, mackerel, tuna
Teas: Dandelion, bitter orange flower, black cohosh, blackcurrant leaf, buchu, burdock root, cinnamon twig, devil's claw, honeysuckle, juniper, raspberry leaf, salsaparilla, st john's wort, tea tree

These food make digestion more efficient:
Fruit: Apple, papaya
Beans: Chickpea
Fish: Mullet, tuna
Meat: Beef, duck
Dairy: Soya milk
Nuts: Hazel nut
